LEAD TIMES - YOUR ORDERS
We always aim to make orders the same day they arrive. Of course we we will always have busy days, all our items are handmade or hand personalised, so during busy times, we ask for
2 - 3 days for the making of your order before dispatch.
Please keep this in mind when ordering, if you need an item for a specific date please ask us beforehand or write this on your order form.
DELIVERY TIMES:
We understand you'll be excited about recieving or gifting your products ASAP. We aim to post items the same day they have been made
(please allow for processing times {2 - 3 Days} to make your order as stated above) - before your items is posted.
We always use Royal Mail, unless item is over 1kg, Then a courier of our choice shall be used.

Mycraftybug is a home based business, based in Ramsbottom, Bury, Lancashire.
MCB started in February 2018 initially selling craft supplies, we branched into personalised gifts & apparel in 2020.
